All investment transactions must be completed within the specified funding period. Investments that remain incomplete beyond twenty-four (24) hours may be automatically canceled. Any applicable administrative charges or processing fees associated with such cancellations will be communicated to the user in advance.
4. Withdrawal Requests
Where a withdrawal option is made available to a user, the withdrawal request must be submitted within the designated withdrawal window. Failure to submit a withdrawal request within the specified period may result in the withdrawal request being canceled, requiring the user to initiate a new withdrawal request in accordance with platform procedures.
5. Administrative Charges
Certain account recovery services, transaction reversals, investment reinstatement, or exceptional administrative actions may attract service charges. Any such charges will be clearly disclosed to users before processing.
6. Fraud Prevention and Compliance
FONQ Shares reserves the right to conduct identity verification, account reviews, transaction monitoring, and database audits to prevent fraud, unauthorized activities, money laundering, and other forms of misconduct. Users may be required to provide additional documentation when requested.
7. Limitation of Liability
FONQ Shares shall not be responsible for losses arising from user negligence, inaccurate information provided by users, unauthorized account access resulting from compromised credentials, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
